At Simple Help Foundation, we believe no child should face the day hungry. We distribute bread, food parcels, and essential nourishment to schools, shelters, and communities across South Africa.
Each loaf given, each meal shared, is an act of love and dignity. Bread is our symbol, but care is our calling. One meal. One smile. One act of kindness at a time.

Our operations are structured to be simple, effective, and driven by compassion — maximising impact with every rand donated.

Our volunteers pack hundreds of fresh sandwiches each week — bread, polony, peanut butter, and spreads — and deliver them directly to schools on the same day.

For schools with their own kitchen staff, we supply full loaves, toppings, and food parcels so they can prepare meals for larger groups of children independently.

We partner with schools, churches, and community organisations to extend our reach — training local helpers to run their own feeding programmes with our support.

Every meal is prepared and delivered with prayer. We believe feeding the hungry is not just charity — it is worship. Our work is a direct expression of God's love in action.

Our foundation is built on Christian values and inspired by the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. We believe in loving our neighbours, caring for the poor, and bringing light into dark places.
Everything we do — from packing food parcels to praying over schools — is done with a heart of service and a mission to reflect God's love in action. This is more than charity; it's our calling.
"For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink."
Matthew 25:35
Whether you give your time, your resources, or your voice — every act of kindness feeds a child and spreads God's love.
